Please note the sketch that I lined digitally was the FIRST time I've ever drawn a bipedal cat so my anatomy isn't great, so any tips would be GREATLY APPRECIATED and extremely helpful. Also this is my first time using gimp to color (I did the lines on my ipod and then colored in GIMP) so if you noticed a place where the color goes outside the lines of something like that please let me know ^u^ Hope I'm accepted I've been dying to join tGO for awhile now.

Entertainer| Piper loves to play her panpipes, sing and dance so entertainer has always appealed to her. Being a bit narsassistic she enjoys the attention and is pleased at being good at something. Piper has obvious performing talent but she needs to tone down her attitude a bit and an instructor would make a world of change in her skill level. Piper saves all the schillings she can in the hopes that one day she'll have enough for a tutor but even with her hard work and occassional pick-pocketing at the rate she's going it seems unlikely.

Pirate| Piper has dreamed her whole life of being a pirate. She knows most cats don't call it a career, but rather a hobby, however she finds it hard to believe anyone would pass up constant adventure. Piper loves to challenge herself and being a pirate is a sure-fire way to test one's daring and skills. Piper doesn't hold back in bragging to the other orphans about how as soon as she gets adopted out of the orphanage or is old enough to leave herself that she'll hunt down the elusive Blue Bloods leader and request to join his crew. Often adding that she is sure once he is aware of how wonderful she is he'll make her his apprentice and she'll be so rich she could buy new toys for all the orphanage kids...but then young cats often let their imaginations run wild. Much of the draw of being a pirate lies in the loyalty of a 'family' type relationship with others that Piper craves so dearly.

Other Information: Piper, though she is an elite and should have substainable 'white arts' power, is fairly weak with magic. Piper was instructed in the use of magic by her father who was a dark chaw. This meant he taught Piper the magic he knew which was and is incompatible with her body. Using magic leaves Pip very drained and extremely frustrated at her lack of accomplishment. Sometimes this ill control of the magic is released in unintentional spouts during times of emotional conflict. This lack of powerful magic is part of Piper's fixation on archery as it is her primary source of protection.

[Recurve Bow|Frequent Use|Weapon//Sentimental Value] A simple recurve bow of fine quality. The weapon is not stunning in it's self but it is quite well made and has sentimental value as it was part of the gift left to Piper by her father when he departed. The bow was plain when she received it but over the passing time since her father's departure Piper has carved many little runes and images into the bow but they are personal and she keeps them hidden under a wrapping so other's can't pry into her feelings.
[Quiver+Arrows|Frequent Use|Weapon//Sentimental Value] Piper has a set of moderately well made arrows, each arrow is flected with bright colored fletchlings of a rainbow of colors taken from exotic birds on a faraway ilse ((believed to be macaw or similar species)). Her quiver is made of cheap leather but is still fairly sturdy. It is a commoner quiver and could easily be found in any market place for a low sum. The arrows are part of the inheritance Piper was left with from her father. (Full inheritance Arrows+Bow)
[Pan-Pipes|Frequent Use|Pleasure] Piper loves music and she often plays her own dance music on the pipes. Music soothes her when she becomes frustrated so the panpipes are a good release for built up tension and they allow her a bit of creative freedom. Though she's still learning she finds music fun rather than studious.
[Teddy-Cat|Occassional 'Wear'|Sentimental Value] A small scruffy stuffed cat that many a time Piper has been told to throw out. The stuffed animal is named 'Vector' and it used to belong to Piper's brother Serberus but when he departed he gave Vector to Piper to 'guard' her and remember him by. Piper adores the doll and keeps in her satchel, often carrying it with her-hidden in the bag.
[Dancer's Bangle|Infrequent Use//Wear|Pleasure//Sentimental Value] Given to her by her mother when she was left at the orphanage. In her distress and anger at being given up the kit had thrown the bangle but when the shiny bells had broken off the small kit had been distraught at destroying the reminder of her mother. Hoping to help a care-giver mended it and Piper now takes excellent care of the small musical bracelet.
[Satchel|Moderate Use//Wear|Convience] The small soft-leather shoulder bag usually contains all Piper's worldly possessions and therefore it is very well kept. The satchel tends to hold: the Panpipes, 'Vector', the dancer's bangles and Piper's coin purse. The satchel itself is always hidden in a hollow tree when not being worn.
[Earring|Permanent Wear|Sentimental Value//Identification] Piper's ear is adorned with a small circular earring, fairly flat, that bears her family crest. Everyone in Piper's family has this earring and they use it to recognize fellows of their family. However seeing as most of Piper's family is dead she has never seen another with the earring.

[Archery] Though archery is not a rare skill in these parts it is still quite impressive at the amount of skill this young feline shows at the delicate practice. Training since before she could even lift an adults arrow. Now the young female shows more prowress at the sport than many adult cats, and of course she is still learning. Thanks to her underdeveloped magic she is very serious about her archery training as it is her protection and her pride. Archery is something she can show off at so it has become something she enjoys immensely. Few can match her skill, fewer still that are her age. However skilled at it though, she has never hurt another cat with her weapon, excluding a rather unfortunate accident with a church-goer who stepped on and splintered one of her arrows that had been hidden under a pew.
[Crafting] Being able to make the most out of seemingly ordinary objects is another talent Piper picked up from the orphanage. Pip is very skilled at making toys and games out of very little and her work with jewellery is often very likable. Though her work doesn't even begin to rival most of the adult crafter's she still hopes maybe she could sell some of it in the market to help pay for the entertainer's lessons she wants so badly.
[Exploring] Piper is the adventurous type and challanges enthrall her. Loving any chance to explore and escape the repressing atomosphere of the orphanage has lead to many a discovery, including the hollow tree in which she hides her belongings. Piper hopes to one day join one of the guilds and get a chance to explore new lands and make more discoveries. Pip's father had always told her the way to be wise was to "broaden your horizons" which she took to mean, explore the distance and thus create an larger area of knowledge. Who knows how her father may have intended the advice to be taken.
[Entertaining ♫ ] Through her strict, knowledgable upbringing with her family before being sent to the orphanage, Piper learned many things. As is her family's tradition she was to train to to be her mother's successor and thus forth and to learn her mother's profession. Being an entertainer had seemed like an easy path but after exhausting rounds of training Piper had decided it was no easy life. If anything this encouraged the infantile feline. Piper loves few things as much as a challenge. Part of her training with her mother involved various activities to increase flexibility. Acrobatics and stunts have become a game to Piper and she loves to do flips and twists in her dances. Piper loves to sing but she is very self-concious about it and is one thing she never brags about. Piper's mother had stressed constantly that even stellar looks couldn't compare to the attention males give singers. Piper's mother had always criticized Pip's voice in the attempt to push Pip to her full potential but it had often left the kit with a sore throat and teary eyes. Piper contrary to her mother's criticism has a lovely voice but the words still haunt her enough she doesn't share her singing with others unless she has too. Piper's mother had wanted to have the kit play the tamborine or some other instrument usually found among dancers but they were a poor family and the only instrument in the house was an old set on 'Pan-pipes'. Loving them instantly due to their relation to her name, the kit cleaned the instrument and practiced in her sparse free time until she became quite good at it. To this day she loves to spread music to the world with her little pipes.

[Cunning] Piper is quick-witted and intelligent despite her obvious lack of proper schooling. There is only so much one can learn in an orphanage with some many minds to fill an so little funds to fill them with, however one valuable skill often picked up when having to fend for one's self from an early age is 'street-smarts'. Piper understands the goings-ons of the market and has a minimal understanding of politics and the ruling power. Pip's fast thinking and ability to pick up on new situations has proven very handy and shows her to be much smarter than she appears. Pip isn't a rocket-scientist but her high level of ingenuity keeps her safe in a rough-n-tough enviroment.
[Silver-tongued//Habitual Liar ] The orphanage is a tough place to grow up and one of the first skills a young orphan learns is how to "sell yourself" aka "look good for a potential adopter". This routine of hiding your faults and singling out your strong traits easily leads to this idea of skirting the truth and it isn't difficult for habitual lying to become present either. Piper has a way with words and can be very manipulative and misleading. In many cases Piper avoids outright lies and instead tells half truths that hide the true nature of things from others, it is a skill she has honed in her short life to a level of mastery. Piper's way with words often gets her out of trouble though due to repitition being caught lying gets her in severe punishment.
[Brave] Piper isn't a hero, nor is she a villian. Pip doesn't often go sticking her neck out for others unless she cares for them deeply but that doesn't stop her from being a brave person, it just means she isn't exactly chivalrous. Piper is always ready to try something new even if it could be dangerous. Loving the thrill of the unknown. Piper lost her family and it affected her much more deeply than she will ever admit, if ever anyone she cared for was in danger she would sacrifice herself for their sake in a heartbeat, so as to never loose her family again.
[Narsassistic] Sometimes when trying to build up your self-confidence you go a little far...In her search to feel wanted Piper constantly reminded herself of her skills and good-points. Hoping to make herself seem stronger, smarter and more desirable Pip portays herself as a bit overly confident in herself. Being in an orphanage restricted her social interactions until recently and so she isn't used to a whole lot of competition or challenge at things she was good at. Now she can roam a bit on her own she is most certainly due for a reality check.
[Determined] Maybe she is a bit self-centered and defiant but one thing the she-cat certainly can credit herself with is she is persistant. Through all her parents strict training she never complained or resisted because she was focused on aqquiring new skills. Her refusal to give up at a task has resulted in many new talents and it is one of her more positive personality traits. Focused and hard-working if Piper sets her mind to something the sky's the limit on what she can accomplish.
[Adventurous] Pip loves challenges and exploring so naturally adventures are high up on her list of fun things. Piper often considers hobbies and careers like pirating because of the adventure involved. Taking risks and making new discoveries is exciting and desireable to the young cat and anything to show her skills or test herself is irresistible.
[Good Person] Underneath all the lies and ego Piper is still a very caring sympathetic cat and she dislikes seeing others in pain. Though she doesn't practice the healing arts like most of her chaw do she would still attempt to help an injured cat if she came across one. Deep inside all Piper really wants is the chance to learn and the chance to better herself. Piper is friendly and polite and although you can't always trust her not to lie if you do gain her loyalty it's infalliable.

[Unknown History (Character Unaware)] After the death of their first kit (Canterus) when the feline child was still infantile Carcerus and Maicer Sinclair found themselves desperate for more kits. Carcerus desired the extra help of an 'unpaid assistance' and Maicer for the chance to mother a family as was her greatest dream. However upon the arrival of their second litter the couple were less than pleased by the results. Their dream for a kit had come in the form of three hungry mouths to feed. Maicer kept the kits from their father, feigning illness while she worried about her poverty stricken state. Finally deciding there was no way they could afford three kits and the little ones beginning to open their eyes. Soon they would recognize each other and it would be impossible to keep one a secret. Therefore the practical mother slunk out in the middle of the night and left the biggest of the kits in the marketplace wrapped in a tattered blanket and nestled in a small cardboard box. It was the thing Maicer regretted most for the rest of her life.
[Birth] Piper was the runtiest of the litter but from the moment of their birth she was the liveliest and most demanding of the infants. Piper had only opened her eyes for the first time earlier the same day her mother abandoned little Dartanus. Piper and Dartanus had barely had time to grow accustomed to the sight of each other before that night they were seperated for the forseeable future. Serberus didn't open his eyes until the following day and thus had no knowledge of this 'other brother' which led Piper to assume it had been her imagination and new sights that had created this apparation.
[Toddler-Time] Completely unaware of the third child Carcerus was thrilled at the birth of the kits. Devoting every second of his free time to the teaching and nuturing of his children the tom was adored by his children. As was the custom of their family Serberus was trained in his father's profession- weapons crafting, and Piper was trained by her mother in the entertainer arts. However Carcerus was feircely protective of his kin and trained Piper in the art of archery and taught Serberus is sabre fighting. Serberus soon became a young champ with his rapier but it was Piper that show the natural talent with her weapon.
[Bye Bye Boys] Life was tiring and often there were times of poverty that left the entire family frustrated however the moment when chaos struck the family was the day Carcerus decided to clear out the small walk in closet that had been the birthing place and nursery for the kits to make it into a bedroom for Piper who he thought, at nearly 4 of age, deserved a room seperate from her brother as sibling rivalry had already set in. Cleaning the room however he found the blankets in which the kits had been wrapped. Carcerus was then confronted with an awful truth. Each of his kittens had the same pattern in a different color. There was a third blanket with tabby striped hairs of a seperate color. There had been a third kit. Demanding the information from his wife she had tearily admitted her terrible crime. Grief stricken both at the lie and being deprived of another son, the furious male grabbed what coin the family had saved gave his daughter a hug and a beautifully crafted bow complete with a set of brightly fletched arrows then grabbed Serberus's ppaw and turned to leave. After much crying and struggling Serberus told Piper he loved her and gave his sister his beloved plushie and was thrown over his father's shoulder. Piper's mother had run crying after her husband but soon she returned her face drenched in tears to tell Piper that the pair had boarded a ship and we're never coming back. Piper was crushed.
[Last One Gone] After her father left with Serberus, Piper's mother began to grow ill. They had had to sell their home as Carcerus had taken their savings and with so little income arriving from the mother-daughter street dances they found themselves living on the street and on good weeks in tavern lofts. However after a few weeks of this behaviour Maicer's condition worsened and she knew she would once again have to face the most horrible torment a mother could suffer. She would have to lose another of her children. She couldn't bear to let Piper watch her suffer and die to be left alone on the street. Packing all of Piper's scarce belongings into a satchel bag the ill feline escorting her daughter to the orphanage. Handing Piper's bag to a minister to carry inside. Turning to her daughter she uttered a strangled goodbye to the stunned kitten and as the small female wailed but was restrained by kindly orphanage staff. It was six days before news reached the orphanage that Maicer had died.
[Growing Up In the Orphanage] Piper was a sneaky kitten and was often in trouble for stealing or speaking back to her elders and although she usually talked her way out of serious punishment the she-kit was never one for enjoying the easily manipulated religious folk. Piper spent most of her time hanging out by herself playing music of training (with her bow mostly) to be a pirate or an entertainer. The she-cat was never without purpose, she spent every waking moment honing some skill or other. Piper took a long time to start making friends due to the trust issues developed from her abandonement.
[Out to Explore] After much begging of the orphanage staff and constant sneaking out anyway Piper was finally granted permission to roam freely as long as she avoided the docks and was back before nightfall. Piper now spends most of her time exploring and adventuring out to meet new people. Piper loves to learn and she thinks this is the perfect chance for her to make a name and a future for herself.

Paw-to-Paw: Seeing as Piper is neither large nor powerfully built she counts on being more agile and nimble than an oppenent. Piper is sneaky and would sooner trip an enemy and attack while they're down then go for an honorable fight. "Better to cheat than to lose" as she puts it.
Archery: If she can use her bow, she will. The young she-cat has an amazing shot and wouldn't hesitate to use it to protect herself. However archery is hardly a common battle type and she must usually count on cunning rather than weapons prowress.
Magic Combat:
Spells: Due to her under-developed magic Piper is unlikely to ever really attempt an offence attack with magic. She saves this precious skill for when she has no other choice as she is just as likely to hurt herself as she is to hurt an opponent.

1 [Citric Resett|House-of-Ewing] Citric grinned mischievously "I think I'll spring for it but I'll need a teacher to show me how to use the brand, my old one was bottom-of-the-line" he winked and then gradually the black and white tom's smiled changed slightly becoming a little more genuine and a little less flirty "You know I'm not as much of a jerk as you probably think I am" he whispered in Nanna's ear as he strode past her towards the front desk to arrange for the telescope to be delivered. Trotting back with his receipt Citric bowed towards the exit "It's getting kinda late to be hanging around out here...care for an escort milady?" he mewed happily making an exaggerated bow towards the exit.
2 [Bacardi|Bastets-Golden-Lands] Bacardi slunk quietly through the palace corridors his tiny paws making almost no sound against the polished floors as he made his way towards the ornate doors that led to the outdoor grounds. The young tom's woven poncho swished quietly as he moved the small hood hiding his face. The grey tom inhaled deeply and slipped outside quickly making a dash towards the market seeing the sun begin to rise ahead of him. Bacardi sighed wearily knowing he'd be punished for going out to the market and skipping out on his morning duties but the young cat just couldn't resist the draw of the musicians in the market. "One day I'll be a musician and I'll travel around the city preforming and making money until Im as rich as the Pharaoh" he told himself as he paced through the streets. The short tom giggled excitedly and did a small skip singing quietly in his rich clear voice as the first signs of life began to appear in the city.
